Reintroduce ChannelProvider 
This time a ChannelProvider has multiple Channels and the gui class
deals with them instead of Channels directly

This program is intended for use on linux phones, and allow watching video streams, either directly on the phone via gstreamer or through chrome cast.

Currently only Swedish Public Service TV is supported, but YouTube will follow shortly.
