We now need more steps to build the Debian package. I did not update those instructions, maybe we can remove those for now.
In this PR we are using [flit](https://flit.pypa.io/en/stable/) as a build tool.
To test install from the branch, use the following commaand in a virtual envrionment.
```
python -m pip install "knotctl @ git+https://code.smolnet.org/micke/knotctl@pyproject"
```
